Probably not your normal use for this product but it works wonders for the attacks.

They should rename this product beyond extremely sour. Powerful and sour. My therapist recommended sour sweets to help to ‘ground’ me when I experience anxiety/panic attacks. It actually helps! These are very very sour but that doesn’t last long, which would have been better as the sourness is the main purpose. But afterwards they go really sweet & the flavours are lovely, which is like a reward for enduring the sourness. I specifically wanted individually wrapped sweets as I can carry a few with me at a time - in my gym bag etc, but it’s not the best for the environment. Chose this brand as they’re vegan, unlike ‘toxic waste’. You can only eat 2 or 3 max at a time as too many makes your mouth feel funny (like when you eat too many salt & vinegar crisps) so this means a pack lasts a while. Another bonus of these is you can share them with friends & watch them pull faces when the sourness kicks in. I am a grown adult & find this amusing so I imagine kids will too! Quite good for a little prank ;-)
