Every time I have on of these I'm impressed by how well they work. Super full after a meal? This takes away the discomfort. It's amazing. The flavor is not good (think all the worst parts of Jager and none of the sugar to cut it), but don't let that stop you.

I have used this product for over 30 years - it began in Germany! It has help me when I overeat and feel bloated or when the food I have eaten wants to keep me up all night!!! I will admit, it's not the best tasting cure - but I promise it works - not in minutes, but in about 30 -40 seconds. I highly recommend this product.
