Cheap knock-off that works - great price.
These only last about 1/5 as long as the brand name product. However, they are about 1/10 the price. (This is perhaps a slight exaggeration, but you get the point.) I pre-filter my VERY HARD well water through this cheap faucet filter before I put it through my very expensive Berkey water filters. I've been using my Berkey filters daily for over 2 years now without replacing them and they still work like new, so these cheap filters obviously work very well at removing the larger sediment.

They work well so far, but...
They do filter out the chlorine, as I can't smell it in the filtered water, but I've been using the name brand Culligan FM-15RA filters for over ten years, and the flow rate of these Waterdrop filters is two to three times what the Culligan FM-15RA are. With a flow rate that high, I'm wondering just how well these are really filtering. So far, however, the first one I've used seems to be doing well, so we'll see.

Excellent value for the money
Buying 3 refills in a package for the filter assembly saves money and works the same.

Dime store water filter.
Cheap water filter without serial number on it and water tastes bad compared to Culligan original filter.
