Q: Can this be used to reverse a servo?

You can revese only Hitec Digital Programmable servos.

Q: This tester displays “pc setting” and does nothing. i tried battery and usb power with the same results. what can i do to fix this?

Needs a power supply like a lipo battery for it to work.

This programmer is recommanded to programs all Hitec digital servos, including the HS-5XXX, HS-7XXX, brushless HSB-9XXX, and the latest D-Series.
