Disappointing Product (but Customer Service is Great)
I bought 2 of these and set them up exactly as instructed in the manual. Long story short - the interval feature just doesn’t work right. I reached out to the seller and to their credit they sent out a new unit. I set it up again and it still didn’t work right. In addition, one of the units decided to go off on its own. Luckily I was there and shut it off manually. I’m not sure but I think there are meaningful instructions that are missing in order to set these correctly. I followed instructions to a tee but couldn’t get the intervals to work right. I now have them set up for daily watering which is NOT what I wanted. Anyway, unless the seller can fix or explain why these aren’t working right - I would look elsewhere. Gave them 2 stars (initially) because sellers responded promptly even though the replacement unit also didn’t work right . Great idea but buy at your own risk. UPDATE: Just want to emphasize that customer service for this product is exceptional. When they learned that I was still having issues with their product, they offered a full refund (even though I had not requested one). I accepted the refund with no strings attached (without requesting that I revise my review). I still think there is something missing in the instruction as it relates to the programming sequence. Many people seem to not have this issue (getting the intervals to work right), so you may get lucky. Either way, customer service will work with you to get any product issues resolved. I am revising my rating to 3 stars as customer service (after the purchase) is sometimes more important than the product itself.

Antisiphon will not work
The item works well, my only complaint is the antisiphon valve. It does not work. I think it requires too much of a vacuum to actually work, I tried basically every possible combination and position for this thing and it just never did work. I have to leave for a trip tomorrow so I don't really have time for any sort of return or other ideas. It's definitely frustrating to pay so much for this thing and have such a simple component not work. I'm basically gonna have to hope that thing drips slow enough that it doesn't end up killing my plants. EDIT: so what I ended up doing was removing the top part of the antisiphon and putting it in line with the inlet side. So it's basically acting as a one-way valve. Of course, this typically wouldn't stop leaking or siphoning or whatever, but I think it adds just enough resistance to stop the vacuum (I think). So if you're like me and you're buying this last minute for a trip or something, try disassembling the antisiphon portion they give you and putting the valve part (top clear part) in line with the intake. Make sure you put it on properly, if you put it backwards it will just block all water! But again they should really just include a proper one

Paid $10 to be disappointed
This product had terrible instructions. I opened the box and read the instructions, and I knew it did not give me enough information to be able to successfully put this product together and make it work. Instead of screwing it up and wasting my money, I returned it. However, Amazon and/or the company decided to keep $10 of mine in order to ship it back. I will not buy from this company again. I basically paid $10 to be disappointed.

Short life
One of them stopped working

Good unit however there doesn’t seem to be any adjustments to the humidity sensor. Stick it in reasonably dry soil and it still triggers it as wet and doesn’t dispense more water. I’ll keep checking the soil for a week to see if the system has made it any wetter. Bucket of water doesn’t seem to have gone down at all. EDIT: humidity sensing is unreliable. Switched to timed watering (1min/ day)
