I love these! They are small sized and do not tear up my gums like the other shredded wheat cereals have in the past. I love that these have bran in them. You cannot taste the bran which I appreciate. Bran is so good for the body and gut health. I will continue to purchase. Very good taste.

Love this for a late evening snack, with raisins or sliced banana. Not too sugary and the fiber is helpful. It is a couple of dollars less than my local (and high pricee) grocery store. And when I order jarred food (like spaghetti sauce) this box might protect my shipment.

I've loved shredded when from the time I was a child (I'm 71 now), back when shredded wheat came in the large size biscuits. When spoon-sized shredded when water introduced, it was a godsend! Flash forward to 2012 when I returned to my small Arkansas town from Dallas. Here there is one grocery store. Most of the cereals they sell are the sugared varieties aimed a kids which I don't due to being diabetic. For a short time the did sell shredded wheat but they stopped offering it after about six months. Just enough time to get me hooked on shredded wheat again. So I checked Amazon and sure enough, the offered spoon-size shredded wheat with added bran. Since then I've been ordering the five-box pack of shredded wheat about every three weeks. Ordering this way saves money as I calculate that I save about two dollars a box over the price of a box of cereal (any type in the same sized box) at the local grocery. Post shredded wheat has the wonderful taste it did 60+ years ago. As long as you don't allow the product to steep in milk for an extended length of time, it retains its crunchiness in milk for the average time it takes to eat a bowl of cereal. I love it for breakfast, dinner, supper, and as a late night snack. Especially if you have prime and get the "free" shipping, ordering the five-box unit is a convenient way to go, particularly for those like me who have limited access to the product locally.

No sugar content...Bran and wheat together..perfect for diabetics. Only problem is the cereal boxes were crushed so badly in the plastic bag it was sent. Want to continue ordering it..but don't want the crushed boxes... Why did you pick this product vs others?: Tasty

I really like Post cereals. They just seem to have more flavor. And the nutrition is very good. I have been disappointed in other big name brands, but never in Post. This was no exception. I get it here because it's seldom in stores. Seems like the other two brands have a lock on that. I like both the big and mini biscuits.
