We really like the Children's Place cartwheel shorts. I buy them each time we need to size up. I just wish I could find them in teen sizes in a year or so. ;-)

Nice, white, and clean looking. Perfect fit. I ordered a 3T for my three year old. The material is soft and stretchy. I ordered it specifically to wear as activewear and it's flexible enough to be perfect for that.
