I LOVE THE ONEPLUS 13R
I am TOO happy with this phone. I switched from iPhone to this and couldn't be happier! The look, the size, the resolution, the humongous amount of customization, the camera quality, THE SPECS! Everything is amazing. The battery life on this is insane, twice the capacity of my iPhone. The WIFI 5 adapter picks up an extra 80mb/s from my wireless network than I got on my iPhone. The sound is very crisp although I haven't pushed it, dont want to damage anything. I've used it a lot and felt no heat at all. My iPhone would overheat all the time with the same amount of usage. It can hold 2 SIM cards?? Its got features like file dock and split apps on the same screen??? You can customize almost EVERYTHING. It runs so fast and smooth, I've seen no lag at all. Dont even take my word for it! There are websites that compare phone specs, pull up your phone and this one side by side and let the numbers speak for themselves. If theres one small thing I can say as a con, Siri does integrate better with services like apple music, messages and other basic services. On Android you download a lot of 3rd party apps for servies which are harder to integrate with Google Assistant or Gemini. You can create Google "Routines" where you create your own instructions based on audio commands but it still doesn't have the same level of control since Android doesn't have its own native music player. I wish Android would address that but I still give this a 5 because the Pros of this phone, for me, have outweighed any con I can find and I've gotten very clever with my Google Routines to mitigate these gripes. Do yourself a favor and BUY THIS PHONE!

Great Phone & Camera Good Value Works in US on AT&T
I spent a great deal of time researching smartphones before buying this unlocked One Plus 13R on Amazon. I waited a few days before doing a reiview to make sure everything is good. I bought the 13R because of the camera, a screen I can easily see outdoors, a robust battery, fast charging and price. I love it! Never Settle. Unlocked it should work fine with US carriers. Carriers ask for the IMEI number to check service. If you buy from Amazon, you have a month to return the phone. The One Plus 13R arrives in a sealed box. Its IMEI number is printed on the box exterior. You get the phone, call your providers give them the IMEI number from the box. If they say it won't work you can send the phone back to Amazon unopened. (The One Plus website only gives you two weeks to return.) Once you know you are good to go - open the box, fully charge the phone. (Mine arrived at 41%) This phone comes with it's own charger and cord. Yes it does! As a customer I love that! I have AT&T thru Consumer Cellular. The service is great, you don't have to be a senior citizen and I save money! Consumer Cellular told me just switch my SIM card and service will be fine. The One Plus SIM card tray is different than what I was used to. All my other phones had an open frame tray. The One Plus tray has a plateform. It's fine, just different. I suggest you put the SIM card in first before turning on the phone. I tried importing all my info into the phone without the SIM card. The phone kept wanting the SIM card and my info didn't come in right. (Maybe a rookie mistake) I did a factory reset. Put the SIM in, everything worked great. About 5 days later I couldn't make or receive calls. Everything else was working fine. I called Consumer Cellular from another phone and they talked me thru resetting my network. (I was kind of expecting that that would happen as I had to do that for my previous phone.) I have been fine evere since. There is a feature on the phone called VOLTE you can set for cell coverage. I was confused about it, didn't know what it was and I turned it off as I was focused on 5G. I checked with One Plus and they say leave it on. It is now on : ) My 5G is fine. My calls are fine. This phone is as good as the top brands out there, no worries. Two things I will point out: 1.) I bought the black phone. In my Amazon order it showed the picture of the black phone but the description said the white version. I called Amazon to double check. It was a glitch, I got the black phone I wanted. 2.) Amazon ad for the OnePlus 13R says its camera has Hasselblad lenses. It does not, the One Plus 13 phone has Hasselblad (One Plus 13 is in the $900 range). One Plus 13R has Sony. I was aware of this from all the research I did so I was not concerned. But I can see how this can be disappointing & confusing to customers. Once you know you are keeping any smartphone - buy a good case & a screen cover. I like tempered glass for the touch but the plastic ones are good too.

Great Phone
This is the best deal you can find if you can get it on sale for $500. It has 12gbs of ram and 256gb of storage and a very large battery. Also the snapdragon 8 gen 3 is a high end processor found in the galaxy s24 ultra from last year. The processor is only a year old and still performs blisteringly fast for games and everything else. The flat display means you can put a tempered glass screen protector. The cameras are surprisingly. My last phone was a 16 Pro Max that I sold to switch to android, and I don't find that much of a difference in the photos. Videos are better on the iPhone though, and so is the zoom quality. You get a charger in the box with a cable and it's a fast charger, one of the fastest out there. The display is also rated as the best display on the market right now, better than Samsung's, and it is the exact same display used on the higher end model OnePlus 13. These displays will not disappoint and have a very higher PWM at 2160hz which is very good to reduce headaches from staring at your phone screen. The phone is also built very well with aluminum and feels very premium. This phone should be more popular.

BEAST OF A PHONE FOR AN AMAZING PRICE
Let me start by saying I have been wanting to try a ONE PLUS device for a long time now but I love Motorola flagship phone's and never wanted to compromise and don't like Samsung phones. I'm coming from a Motorola Edge Plus 2023 and that is the last true flagship phone that Motorola has released (in the US) other than the Razor phones and a flip phone is way to delicate for my construction job. And I was waiting on Motorola to release the Motorola Edge Plus 2025 and the have decided not to do so and I was disappointed. But it gave me a chance to try One Plus and the ONE PLUS 13R is almost as good as the regular 13 model just no wireless charging and less IP rating and cameras are maybe a bit better. But let me tell you I am so happy that I got the 13R it is amazing to me there doesn't seem like there is any compromise, it feels good in the hand it has a bright screen for use in the sun the it has a flagship chipset the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, the software is great with lots of little customization thing's and the AI on this is also great from the Photo app to AI summary or AI translate there is a lot to love about this phone but my favorite thing is the charging speed it can charge at 80 watts my Motorola only did 68 watts and that still is better than Samsung, Apple and Pixel but One Plus also put a 6000 milliamp battery in it and it last a day and a half for me no problem and then charging only takes about 40 minutes to fully recharge So if you too have been thinking about trying One Plus then I suggest go for it. Now I want to see what there next phone will be like cuz I'm hooked and will definitely be getting another phone from them . My girlfriend has the Pixel 9 and this 13R phone is WAY better in almost every way so please give them a try you will not regret it.

Nice phone, awful sound
Got this to replace my 8T dude to the power button not working anymore. It's feels different from the previous phones I've owned (6T and 8T). It's heavier for sure, and doesn't feel as slick. The screen IS bigger, and the performance is pretty much the same. The only drawback is the sound. It's not great. The sound is way better on my previous OnePlus phones, and they've guys rid of Dolby for something called "Oreality". I'll have to play with the EQ but for now it's subpar. Other than that the phone is fine. No wireless charging either but I don't mind. The charger it cubes with can charge this thing in an instant. All in all it's an ok phone for the price. But I would've definitely kept my 8T given the choice

Good phone I love it
Been using for a few weeks good phone fast and usable I thought the 13R had magsafe but It doesn't have it for charging so that sucks but other than that the photos are meh but good I came from the iPhone 11 pro max That thing needed to get swept up soon anyways I like the typing experience on the android anyways charging is fast I don't charge it unless I need to sometimes I get bored and want to watch YouTube pretty big screen coming from a iPhone and then to an android it's a big change in phone length cause androids are taller and a little wider but I love this phone I'm glad I bought it

No issues with it yet, it seems to work well and get good update support.

Made a great decision!!
I was in need of a new phone and definitely didn't want to go in the $500.00+ range So after some in depth searching and checking reviews I settled on getting my wife the Nord 30 and this 13R for myself. I am very pleased. This phone is probably best known for fast charging and long battery life and that is definitely a fact, bright screen, not too much different from my Galaxy Note 9 so it was easy to get used to, camera is good, sound is probably the only issue (could be a little louder). I have T-Mobile service and I just simply took the sim out of my Note 9 and placed it in the 13R and then copied my data over and I was all set!! This is a great phone and I'm very happy
