Not sure if this did the trick but 2 months into using this along with other male fertility pills we are pregnant 🙂. Prior to using this we had been trying to conceive for over a year. The product itself looks kind of odd and looks like something you would possibly torture your nuts with 😬. It is actually surprisingly comfortable and doesn't hurt or feel uncomfortable at all. You can actually forget that its there. For those trying to convince i would definitely give it a shot. Especially with the high cost of ivf. The real secret sauce of this is the case. Any ice pack can keep you cold but they wouldn’t last very long. The case allows the ice pack to stay cold longer. It doesn’t feel very cold, but it lasts a long time. I’m satisfied with my purchase.

Received my Underdog and so far so good. Quality build and packaging. The ice pack is comfortable enough to use for a few hours straight while keeping its "cool", and inconspicuous enough that I might try it at the office. Hard to know at this point if its helping us with fertility but the science makes sense. Fingers crossed this will work!

Insanely over-priced, obviously, but there aren't a lot of options out there for this sort of product. In hindsight, I should have chosen the cheaper version, because I'm certain there's no difference, aside from the packaging. For me, each ice pack lasts 3-6 hours, depending on use. I bought mine a little over six months ago, and last week the cap popped off one of the ice packs, spilling out some of the contents. If there's one thing I would expect from this product, it would be that at least the cap would stay on. Oh well, I glued it back on and will continue to use them.
