Would these scratch glass?

They might be safe on glass, but you must be very careful on how you use them. ANY particulate that gets caught in the woven matrix can be dragged across the surface and cause damage. For really sensitive glass I recommend a professional grade cleaner like Edmund Optics Lens Cleaner.
