I know these cold gel packs are meant for post-op and postpartum, but they are a life saver for me after I get waxed! My skin is very sensitive so I tend to get a bit swollen and red after. They stay in place and are easy to use. The ice packs themselves freeze well and are actually quite large.

Perfect for postpartum aftercare! Great quality. Can freeze or heat. Love the design which makes it more comfortable.

The covers that came with aren't great. I had to sew my own to be able to use these safely. The cold only lasts about 10 minutes. But it's soothing while it lasts. I use these whole recovering from pelvic floor and bladder botox procedures. I also have instant paraneal icepack pads I use. Neither is perfect. I have had 1 pop and there isn't really a way to fix it, so it was just trash.

These are excellent cooling pads! They starry cool longer than i thought plus there is 3 of them so it makes it easier to rotate through them. I worried they'd be scratchy on my legs but they haven't been. 5 out of 5 stars 🌟

Everyone of these popped open absolute garbage, infact I had the first one split open the first time I ever used it then it leaves all the sticky blue stuff everywhere hopefully the gell inside is safe cause it gets everywhere. Don't buy these buy the one with the beads in them, way better
