I play volleyball and indoor climb which puts a lot of stress on my shoulders. I had an injury from overuse and using this tape helped the healing process along by providing support to my muscles and joints. I used an off brand K tape before but the adhesive made my skin break out in blisters, this KT Tape does not do that. The adhesive is not as strong but it still stays on well if you apply it properly, even through a few showers and a few days of exercise! The cost is worth it, it will allow you to still use your muscle, therefore helping it along to strengthen as it heals. Not using the muscle at all is detrimental.
