How often should you gua sha?

We recommend gua sha twice a day, once in the morning & once in the evening after washing your face. However, you can use it as many times as you want. Can be used with oils & serums for added absorption into the skin.

How do you clean a gua sha tool?

After each use, wash your Mount Lai tools with warm water & a gentle soap. You can then dry the tools with a soft cloth. For an added cooling effect, our facial tools like jade rollers & de-puffing eye tools can also be kept in the refrigerator.

I have sensitive skin/acne prone skin. Can I use your skincare products?

Yes, all of our skincare products are beneficial for all skin types and were formulated with sensitive and acne-prone skin in mind. All of our products are non-comedogenic, meaning that they do not clog pores.
