I lived in Louisiana for 20 years and everyone drinks Community Coffee. My office was across the street from the processing plant, and on mornings when they were roasting coffee beans the aroma alone would wake me up. I'm back in my home state again and CC isn't so easy to find, and when I do it isn't cheap. Amazon delivers big on this one. I have high BP and need to watch my caffeine intake and switched to this half caf about 2 years ago. I really like it but I do wish they made this available in k-kups. If they do I haven't found any. Flavor is very subjective. I would describe it as rich, smooth, full bodied, and coffee-coffee-coffee-coffee-coffee, without the bitterness. Try Community Coffee with chicory if you want bitter. Personally, I'd rather boil tree bark. This is smooth

I don't drink much coffee, but some years back at restaurant in Galveston, Texas. Me and the wife had the best coffee we had ever tasted. I had the regular, and she had the DeCaf. So, my wife drink Half-Caf or Decaf, and she has been going through many brands to see if anything compares to this, and it doesn't. She really likes the true coffee flavor, and how there is no bitterness (she often complains about that with reduced caffeine coffees). She has been ordering this repeatedly. It is well packaged and has always arrived in pristine condition.
