Is the rim white underneath as it seems to look like in the picture?

My navy blue hat has a light grey color fabric on the inside of the bill. It’s not white. The hat is a good one for the price.

Can the size of the back of the hat be adjusted?

No. These are Flexfit hats. They are not adjustable.

do these hats flop in the back or do they stay up (keep their shape) like in the front? If they flop in the back does Flexfit have others that do??

Mine has held shape perfectly and I wear it every day and work and sweat in it as well and not even a sweat ring!!!!!! Great hat!!!!
