why not free shipping with Prime?

Hello! Currently our coffee is ineligible for Prime because we prefer to freshly roast each order so you can receive the freshest coffee possible.

This question is for the seller since the last response was over 3 years ago. What can I expect the roast date to be if I order this today 3/8/2023?

When I lived in California this was a great coffee. Had it almost everyday at work. Iced, brewed, espresso. When I ordered it off of Amazon a few months ago. It was really bad. I'm not sure why. But the beans were bone dry, the fragrance was stale and almost bitter. Then when I grounded it, it was like saw dust and the flavor was harsh and bitter and not enjoyable as I remember it. I use purified water which is used for best results for coffee and I did the appropriate amount for the brew/ size of grind. Hope that helps, if you end up ordering it I hope it turns put better for you.

It was over 6 months for me. When I order directly from Intelligentsia it's usually 2 weeks at the most.

Is this the same coffee served at mon ami gabi in las vegas?

No, Mon Ami Gabi has their own blend of Intelligentsia coffee.
