Good quality, perfect for sourdough
Currently using these for my sourdough and sourdough discard. Perfect size for what I need to use them for. Easy to clean out. Lead is easy to secure on and off, great value for money.

I use these for my sourdough starter- the jar is wide, smooth, with no curve at the top. Would also work great for overnight oats.

Nice jars. I like that the lids are not the 2 pieces ones as with most canning jars.

EXTREMELY DANGEROUS
I wish I paid attention to the reviews. These are dangerous. This was my first use of this jar. It was sealed with overnight oats. I picked it up out of my lunch bag and it shattered in my hand! Thank God it didn't cut my hand or a finger off. I was shocked!
