It's a great intermediate guitar. The components are very good. It's a Strat with extra pickups. I really like neck and it's satin finish. The tuners, knobs and switch feel substantial and are reliable. I chose a natural finish and it's great looking. The action out of the box is okay, maybe a bit too low, but it's easy to adjust. It's a nice weight, feels solid and balanced. The input jack is a bit loose, resulting in hum and static (I would take half a star off for this problem). In the end, it plays great and has great sound. I highly recommend the Yamaha Pacifica.

Amazing guitar, great communication with the seller and arrived before the predicted timeline given by Amazon. The guitar is beautiful and was immediately playable. My partner is a first time guitar user and he found it really easy to pick up.
