Great for joint health + overall health, taste not the best at first but after a couple of weeks with a lil sugar/ honey I love the taste as it's a great herbal tea with major benefits if you have 1 cup a day everyday :)

Tea is good but i have to brew it without the bag, because bag gives aweful taste to the tea. Almost threw everything in the garbage. But without the bag it tastes like the one I buy in european store.
