Does this product dry up and get hard over time like the aluminum based anti seize in an 8oz bottle does?

I have a bottle that was in my tool box when I left the shop in 1998. It is about 1/2 full and still brushes on fine. I had to stir it when I used it last (November 2018) because it had a layer of oil on top. I keep mine closed tightly and it sits on a shelf in my garage. Not sure if it is still as effective, but to answer your question about drying up, mine didn't...

Can this be used on spark plug threads?

Not for use on spark plugs that already come with an anti seize already applied to some spark plugs. It will likely affect the proper torque to apply when seating plugs, causing them to be over-torqued. That torque spec is there for good reason.

Okay, i guess i didn't read far enough. i used the copper based anti seize on my mustang plugs. should i pull them and redo them with this?

My best answer is...to use the anti seize to prevent the plugs from rusting. This will save you time and money in the future from dealing with broken spark plugs problems. If I were you, I would re-do them while the plugs are freshly installed.

The maximum temperature rating is mentioned in the description (2400F). What is the lowest temp?

The technical datasheet claims: "This product withstands temperatures ranging from -65*F to 2400*F (-54*C to 1316*C)." If you require more technical information then please refer to the Permatex web site and the associated technical datasheet.
