These are totally addictive. If you dig citrus, especially grapefruit, you will love this. They're a great GLP-1 friendly treat, not too sweet and obv not fatty. About 90 calories (?) for a large cup. The grapefruit and orange also is much tastier in my opinion than the grapefruit and guava. It's sweeter and more citrusy; the guava is kinda tasteless by comparison. Downside: REALLY expensive. I wish someone would start making a generic (here's looking at you, Amazon!).

Red grapefruit juice or in cups is becoming increasingly hard to find in regular grocery store outlets. These are convenient to order and taste delicious. The sugar content is low allowing the taste to come through. Am very happy with this order and will buy again.

I have loved these fruit cups for years, but lately I can't ever find them in stock anymore. I'm very glad I can order them here. They are a perfect blend of fruit + added bonus of chia seeds, without a bunch of sugary taste added in. I highly recommend as a great & easy snack!

I've tried other brands of canned or packaged grapefruit. Most of them didn't come close to tasting like fresh grapefruit. These are the exception. Really good!
