So many probiotics out there. I researched based on my personal issues and finally found this one that works great for me. I’m not going to list my gut issues here lol but recommend to do your research with regards to your stomach issues.

This is works even better than the expensive refrigerated probiotics. I noticed a difference in my Acid reflux and digestive system within days. Warning make sure the first week you take it with plenty of liquid and are near a restroom within 12 hours. It will kick start your gut to work better than a detox tea at first. After awhile your stomach will be clean and working regularly.
