If one 4 gram serving contains 4 grams of erythritol, how can there be any monk fruit in there?

Monk fruit is much sweeter than regular sugar… it’s about 200-300 times sweeter than sugar; and Erythritol is only about 70% as sweet as sugar. They mix these two ingredients to make a ratio to be equal to regular sugar

What are the percentages of monk to erythritol?

They claim this is a 1:1 sugar replacement. Erythritol is .7x sucrose's sweetness Monk Fruit is 2-300x. Assuming the first is true, you can do the math.

Is it not 99.99999% erythritol with a few drops of Monk fruit extract added to it? Misleading product advertising

Yes I'm not sure how much monk fruit sugar is actually in there but you're right it is like any other artificial sweetener with little bit of monk fruit sugar added to it

Subjective but- does monkfruit taste better than nasty stevia??

This sweetener tastes like sugar and doesn’t have the bitter aftertaste that Stevia has.
