This has definitely been a life saver for me. I began having light hot flashes in January and then it just increased horribly by early February. It was insane how I would wake up super hot and sweating away, not being able to sleep and always so tired. I did not want to rely on estrogen patch. I wanted something more natural instead of relying on drugs so I did my research and bought these pills and by the tenth day, I felt the difference. I too like most other got hit full on the face with the onset of perimenopause and it was a hard adjustment.
