Does not work as advertised
Update. The seller contacted me and refunded the full purchase price immediately. It appears I got a defective product which is not the fault of the seller. I recommend this seller for their customer service and concern. I bought the BV8000 model and it works perfectly.The two carriers mentioned in the product description one was T-Mobile. My wife and I both use the T-Mobile network. Recently we went on a 700 mile trip over two days. This phone had either E coverage or no coverage for most of the trip. I understand the best it can do is 3G even though it is advertised as a 4G phone. I found the picture taking cumbersome and slow. The phone has some good features and I really wanted it to work because I am outdoors and around water a lot.

The charger doesn't work
The phone is amazing. But very disappointed. I bought it for my husband and now he can't use it cause the charger cord doesn't work. We tried buying some other chargers and they don't work either. Woukd like to know if I can return just the charger or where I can get one. Or If I should return it all together
