maybe a touch better. I haven't used the USB to charge anything ...
Bought this as an addition to the GROM Bluetooth unit (GROM VOL-01B3). This audio cable works as advertised and the quality is 4.5/5, maybe a touch better. I haven't used the USB to charge anything yet. Simple install to the unit (it just plugs in), but you're probably buying this as part of a set to install. Installing the other unit (to your stock radio) was easy enough in my car.

Good, tough wire
Fits my Grom like a glove. I've never had a connection issue with it. I've gotten it stuck in between my seats multiple times and yanked it to get it out. Hasn't shown any damage yet.

Great for the car, but be careful with it
Great cable, I use it for my GROM audio MAZA3 system. It goes in my trusty 2003 Mazda 6 s, it gets the job done amazingly! I can finally use my aux in the car without buying the entire dash kit. HOWEVER, the wire did not last long, about 6-7 months before it began cutting out. I had to buy a replacement, therefore I knocked down one star for durability.

A welcome add vs. lighter plug charging
This cord is such an added bonus to adding Bluetooth to my 07 Volvo. Being able to charge my phone without using the lighter socket is a welcome add to my car. If you’re going to the trouble to add this cord, then also get the Bluetooth dongle which enhances using your Bluetooth module as a phone call link. This cord helped bring my car to the modern age.

Meh...I wish I would have gotten the flush mounted USB cable instead. Works as advertised...

Excellent addition
Very nice quality. Excellent addition to the audio system on my 2003 Volvo XC70. Purchased with the GROM Audio Bluetooth VOL01B3 device. I thought it was a little pricey though, but well worth having the add-on.

Garbage cable
I have to replace this cable about twice a year. I was a sound engineer for several years and tried to repair the first cable when I began losing the left audio channel. I managed to repair it, but discovered there's about 5 pieces of 42g copper wire running through the plastic, the cheapest wire I've ever seen in my life. My repair held, but then the right channel went out within a weak and this time the bad connection was at the y-joint, not the connector. Absolute garbage, but no other cable will work with my GROM audio unit, so I'm stuck using it anyways.
