Oh my gosh, words cannot explain how absolutely COMFORTABLE this is and how much it has helped me! I suffer from severe herniated discs and tons of nerve pain and this has absolutely been so so helpful! I don’t have to crawl out of bed anymore! My back doesn’t hurt at all when I wake up. I have an ablation procedure for nerves in my lower back in 4 days and I will wear this even after I’m healed because it’s so comfortable! If you are on the fence, GET IT!!

I purchased this pillow as I recently had nerve damage surgery on my leg on 3/2/26. That surgery repair was for a foot surgery that ended up having me experiencing nerve damage that didn’t recover in a year. I didn’t use the pillow as a knee pillow but for my foot. When laying on my stomach, I use the pillow to prop my foot off the bed as my nerve repair. The best pillow I could find by far. I purchased 3 previous pillows that just didn’t work. I’m a side sleeper so I’ll eventually use it for my knees. The pillow is soft, arrived on time, packaged well, the thickness is PERFECT and what I love most is the adjustable strap on the pillow. If you’re thinking about buying this pillow just buy it. You want be disappointed.

I just got my pillow. Used it for the first time last night. I slept right through the night , very comfortable. I would buy another one if I could afford it. Would recommend it to anyone with back and hip pain.

I bought this for sciatic nerve pain followings recommendation from my doctor. I’m a side sleeper and this has helped a lot. The memory foam has that slow, spring-back feel (supportive without feeling like a brick) and the size is right so my knees and thighs are both supported. The wide strap is the hero here; I toss and turn and it still stays between my knees until morning. Cover zips off easily and washed fine. After a couple of weeks, I have much less morning leg/back pain. Exactly what I needed - I should have bought it sooner
