It’s pricey, but does an excellent job keeping the fluids hot for an entire day. Didn’t try cold, but should be the same. Always rinse with same temp water first. Looks classic too. Only peeve is the handle to hold is not ergonomic especially if you want to take along for walks. It’s best used at a desk.

An average product, Flask does not sustain heat for a long time, making it unsuitable for keeping drinks hot or cold for extended periods of time.
