Great TV
This is the best TV I've ever had, and I've had a lot of em. Picture is tremendous, excellent color, great sound, games for the grandkids to play, it's been great. It hangs flush against the wall and with the artwork you can choose to display it looks like a real painting. I've had people touch the screen to see if they could feel the texture of the painting. This sucker was expensive but I'm extremely well pleased with the purchase so far.

A quality device and a nice picture
It's not OLED, but it is matt and anti-glare. It's not touch screen, so to use it as a directory, I had to also buy a touch enabled frame. It is nice that the screen is only 3/4" thick and all of the guts are in a separate box which can be 10+ feet away. The remote is RF so it doesn't need line it sight. Set up and wall mounting are easy for an experienced installer. It does have feet if you want to put it on a table...but then get an OLED instead. The apps are OK, what you'd expect. Pricey, and not THE BEST picture as compared to OLED, but for a MATT ART DISPLAY it is great.

DO NOT BUY THIS TV - Worst TV I've ever owned
This is easily the worst TV I've ever owned. The only thing it does well is show art. Everything else about this TV is shockingly bad. I can't believe they shipped this. I own the second gen Frame, and that is a much better TV that doesn't have a lot of these issues. Issues: - The wireless connect box can't be hard-wired to the TV like the older Frames. Maybe this wouldn't be a problem if it worked, but it can't show 4K/HDR content without dropping frames. I have the connect box literally 3 ft away, and it says the signal is strong, but it can't do it. - There is a single Micro HDMI on the back of the TV. This is the only way to play content without dropping frames. - However, if you use eARC you still need to use the wireless connect box. The sound regularly gets out of sync with the video. The sound also drops out for 2-3 seconds every 10-15 minutes. I had ZERO issues with my previous TV. - One of the most annoying mounts to hang. It's two pieces, and you need to measure everything exactly. The mount can't hit two studs unless you get very lucky with your TV placement. You can hit one, but generally you need to use toggle bolts. I've hung dozens of TV mounts. This is by far the worst. - And the worst issue: dark scenes are unwatchable. Like comically bad. Massive blooming, blacks are lifted, and the image pulses/flash-brightens whenever any small brighter object appears. Sometimes a corner flares for no reason. I can get past the blooming (which is bad). I knew when I bought this TV it was mostly for aesthetics and not an oled. But the image pulse/flashing when a brighter object appears is so jarring and annoying. It's insane to me that Samsung thought this was acceptable. It's the same for the native apps, so this is not an external device issue. The TV is just bad. I bought this TV on sale on Cyber Monday before I needed it, and I ended up missing the return window when I finally got around to setting it up. If I had known, I would have absolutely returned it. You can see the issues with dark scenes in the uploaded pic. The letterbox bars are glowing bluish/gray instead of black, and there's obvious blooming. The whole left side of the image is washed out, like a haze got laid over it. There are noticeable backlight flares/hotspots in the corners. You can see it clearly in the top left here, but day to day the bottom right is the worst offender because the hotspot is more concentrated and doesn't blend. This is also not user error. I know how to calibrate a TV. I've tweaked every setting and disabled everything that might cause this. Nothing works: - Input Signal Plus: ON for the HDMI port - AI Mode / Adaptive Picture: OFF - Brightness Optimizations / Energy Saving Solution / Motion Lighting: OFF - Contrast Enhancer: OFF - Auto HDR Remastering: OFF - Local Dimming: LOW - HDR Tone Mapping: STATIC

Great product for its intended purpose
We love our 65" The Frame (2025) TV. Having great pics on the wall instead of an ugly tv never gets old. Strongly recommend subscribing to the Samsung Art collection as well. TV display features also work well. Sound is surprisingly good considering the thin frame profile; but best to also get the matching Samsung soundbar as well. I wish there were more options for selecting and arranging pictures, but maybe future sw updates will provide that..

Stunning display and design, with one small caveat
I upgraded to this TV about two weeks ago from an almost 10-year-old set, so the jump was big—but even accounting for that, this TV has been impressive across the board. The first thing that stands out is how incredibly thin it is. Once mounted, it really does look like a piece of art on the wall rather than a traditional TV. The display quality is excellent. Colors look rich and realistic, the picture is sharp, and the matte screen makes a noticeable difference in reducing glare, especially in a brighter room. Art Mode is genuinely top tier—some pieces look so realistic that guests assume it’s framed artwork. Gaming mode has also been smooth and responsive, and there are a lot of settings and features to explore if you like tweaking things over time. Mounting was straightforward and feels very secure, which adds to the overall clean look. My only real complaint is the bezel frames. They’re expensive for what they are, and given the price of the TV, it feels like at least one option should be included. Reviews about their cheaper feel seem fair. That said, this works equally well as a daily TV or a design-forward centerpiece. I’d recommend it for singles, couples, or family households that care about both aesthetics and performance.

Ya just gotta get one of these !!
We have so enjoyed this framed TV. It looks stunning on the wall in, what we call, out big room. The frame just sets if off and to have a picture that can be changed in the frame is fantastic. Just such a great add to a traditionally “blank” black screen. Highly. Recommend!! Really cool.

Great Art TV, Picture Is Secondary
The 2025 Frame model is definitely an upgrade from previous versions. The picture quality is good, though there are TVs on the market with better overall image performance. I purchased this TV primarily for the art mode and aesthetic, not for the best movie-watching experience, and it meets that expectation. I paired my 55” with the champagne Deco frame and really enjoy the look. The remote works fine with the frame installed. One thing I did notice is that the TV doesn’t respond to light changes in the room as well because the sensor is blocked by the frame. Aside from that, I really like this TV. It does exactly what I wanted it to do and genuinely gives the space a fine art feel. I give this TV fours due to the value, as there are other brands making art TV’s at a cheaper price point.

Execetioanally easyo to install and set up on the wall, really good as a TV and as wall art, the only fiddly thing is getting the height right for viewing. Set it up using a laser line (Bosch Quigo) with the top of the frame 40 cm from the ceiling (2.4m), it seems good like that for viewing as a picture but a bit high as a TV.
