You just have to be a little patient, because this product is not as aggressive as the regular stuff that quickly wipes out everything. I had Creeping Charlie/Ground Ivy all over the place this year. This product caused the plants to wilt, but it took a few days. It's winter but the sun is warm, so the plants have some metabolism. I was used to using Roundup in warmer weather, so I was used to quicker results. But this product works fine. Just realize that it is colder outside, slower plant metabolism, and not as aggressive or the grass would be gone, too.

If you're tired of your front yard looking like a botanical garden for dandelions, this stuff is a total game-changer. I’ve tried a few different concentrates, but the Spectracide Weed Stop For Lawns is officially my go-to for keeping the grass green and the weeds... well, dead. Why It’s 5 Stars: * The "Ready-to-Spray" Design is Brilliant: No measuring, no mixing, and no accidentally turning your garage floor into a chemical spill site. You just click it onto your garden hose and go. It’s incredibly satisfying to watch the weeds get soaked while you just take a leisurely stroll across your lawn. * Insane Speed: They claim "Visible Results in 3 Hours," and they aren't kidding. I sprayed some stubborn clover and plantain in the morning, and by lunch, they were already starting to curl and look miserable. By day three? Crispy. * Precision Targeting: It really does live up to the "Kills the Weeds, Not the Lawn" promise. My Fescue stayed perfectly healthy and vibrant, while the crabgrass and dandelions met their maker. * The Price Point: For 32 ounces that covers a massive chunk of yard, the value is unbeatable—especially compared to professional lawn services that charge hundreds for the same result. Pro-Tips for Best Results: > Timing is Everything: Make sure you apply this when the temperature is between 45°F and 90°F. If it’s too hot, you risk stressing your grass; if it’s too cold, the weeds won't "drink" the poison fast enough. > * Check the Radar: Ensure there’s no rain in the forecast for at least 6–24 hours so the product has time to dry and penetrate the roots. * Don't Mow Immediately: Give it a couple of days before and after spraying before you bring out the mower. Let the weeds grow a little leaf surface so they can absorb the spray! Final Verdict: If you want a golf-course-quality lawn without the golf-course-quality price tag or effort, buy this. Your HOA (and your feet) will thank you!

This damaged my lawn ,used as directed and turned my lawn yellow. Devastated as it had been re-seeded.

I have used this for years. Works great and is easily applied with a hose. Doesn't damage lawn either. I do 2 spot sprays a year.

Did not expect this to work as well as it did. Have been battling broadleaf, clover, and crabgrass in my front yard for years. It obliterated the broadleaf and crabgrass after one application. They were curled up and dying after two days. Completely gone after a month. The clover took a bit longer. It doesn't really kill it as spectacularly as the broadleaf, but does inhibit it from continuing to grow. May need to spot treat one more time. Grass was not damaged at all. Will be using this every year.
