Better than I expected!
A little heavier that I was hoping for, but the overall quality of the knife for the price is amazing! Yes, the unlocking is a little stiff, and the pivot feels a little gritty, but jeez it's a brand new knife...give it a minute to break-in. The quality of the machine work and assembly is excellent, the blade is centered, the edges of the clip are eased just the right amount. I've owned a couple of Benchmade axis lock folders and for a fraction of the price this knife compares really well.I fly frequently, and I already lost one $200.00 plus Benchmade axis lock to TSA. Once in a while I forget to leave my EDC behind so I buy less expensive knives that don't cause as much pain when I have to throw them away. The problem is most knives in this price range are crap. The last one I had was a $25 CRKT, overall I like their products a lot and have a couple of their better offerings, but at this price point I was kind of glad to be getting rid of the knife I had (another TSA donation). For the price, I am impressed! Is it perfect? No...but it's pretty darned good and LESS THAN $20!!!

... bought this knife through Amazon based on all the excellent reviews I read about it and other Ganzo knives
I bought this knife through Amazon based on all the excellent reviews I read about it and other Ganzo knives. Simply put, this knife is incredible. The fit and finish are excellent, and in my opinion it's one of the best looking blade shapes I own (and I own a lot). It came very sharp, and as others have said, it locks up solid. I don't know if this is a true axis lock or not (like on my Benchmade Mini-Griptilian), but it seems to function like one. True one-handed opening and closing with this knife. My only complaint is that the knife is fairly heavy, and as such I don't carry it as an EDC tool, but instead I use it whenever I work in the yard and need a solid, sharp knife I'm really not worried about losing or damaging due to its low cost. Finally, the lanyard and whistle are worthless to me, so the first thing I did was take them off and throw them away.

Quality knife for price
A little larger than something I want to carry daily, but great for camping, etc. Factory edge is sharp G10 scales are nice. Thumb stud is a little too low profile for easy open and the reason for 4 star.

I couple drops of oil cleans up the action nicely. It pops open with a flick of the ...
I would have given the knife a much higher rating, but the pocket clip arrived missing one of the three screws that hold it in place and one of the two remaining screws was too short to engage the threads in the metal liner. The clip was held in place by only one screw and it was loose. I was able to find the right size screws on the clip of another much older Chinese made knife in my collection and fix it. The knife itself is as advertised. The lock is strong, there is no blade play. I couple drops of oil cleans up the action nicely. It pops open with a flick of the thumb stud. Still, one should not have to hunt for odd size screws to make a new product serviceable.

Solid knife
Little bit harder to finger flick than I thought, but great knife nonetheless

Locking mechanism is solid like a rock
It's a knife meant to go to war with. Mine came centered and sharp out of the box. Locking mechanism is solid like a rock. No blade play whatsoever. This is a knife meant for heavy use. It's a bit heavy, but once you put in your pocket, you forget about it. Whistle is useless in my opinion and a deep carry pocket clip would have been nice. If you are looking for medium size overbuilt knife that has good steel, this one is for you. It takes the edge easily and holds it well. I don't think there is a knife company that offers more bang for the buck than Ganzo.

Ordered The Black G10 G7452-BK, Received The Carbon Fiber G7452-CF
The quality is excellent like the other Ganzo knives I've purchased, but the seller put the G7452-BK barcode label on the box that Ganzo had correctly labeled as containing the G7452-CF, the very attractive carbon fiber version of this knife. I didn't want the slick carbon fiber scales. I wanted the textured black G10 scales. The knife is top notch, but not what I wanted.

Well made cheap knife
Tried these chinese knives just for the heck of it, and they're actually well made. They have pivot bearings even and good tolerances. The knife's a full size, I prefer around 3", not 3.5", and the steel is nothing fancy, but as long as you don't mind some extra sharpening, Ganzo are pretty good knives.Don't expect any support or anything, emails never received a response, but it's a pretty cheap knife.
