A great, USA made tool. I have had no issues. Used to stop the spread of grass fires.

This is just what you need for a grass fire. Many years ago I used one of these and it worked great. With drought conditions here in Texas this is a must have. I am pleased with how it is made and the material used. Now I hope I never have to use it but if I do I am certain that it'll do the job.

I do quite a bit of burning around the house and the farm and these did the job. They seem very well-made, and they work very well for putting the fire out. I love the Logan handles.

We have had a monsoon since I recieved it and the other equipment I ordered and we haven't been able to use it.

We accumulate brush piles from land we clear of cedar shrubs, tree trimming and deadfalls and burn them when a burn ban is not in force. Cedar burns hot and fast and will throw embers a significant distance if there is even the slightest breeze. We bought this on the recommendation of a friend who does the same thing. It works great. I bought the long handle version because we are not packing them around but just carry them to the brush pile in the ATV. The longer handle gives us the reach shorter the more packable versions don't. We wouldn't burn another brush pile without them.

This tool is exactly what it’s supposed to be. Wood handle, strong attachment, thick rubber.

We use them to smother embers and keep the fire in line when doing a prescribed prairie burn.
