This powder dissolves quickly and tastes great. In the colder months it is difficult for me to stay properly hydrated and the headaches are the worst. This solution does not pile on the caffeine or the sugar. I am trying to stay keto and this is a great tool for me. I think the potassium and magnesium have really helped with lag cramps and difficulty sleeping
