This wrench is not the classic wide-opening, USA-made Klein adjustable wrench electricians like me sought out. It is a Spanish made Klein outsource that does not have all the good qualities of the original. The chrome plating is gone, and the wrench weighs about double what the original did (not great for the tool pouch). The wrench is a bulky mechanics tool. It’s likely a durable tool, but is basically a branding exercise for a Klein, using a Spanish sub-contractor. Typical globalism ending up in a lesser product under a historically great name. Won’t buy a Klein adjustable wrench again for my uses.

The Klein Tools D507-10 Adjustable Wrench is a premium tool built for high-performance tasks. Forged from heat-treated alloy steel, it features an extra-capacity jaw that opens wider than standard 10-inch wrenches, allowing you to handle larger fasteners with a compact tool. The high-polish chrome finish not only looks professional but also provides excellent resistance to rust and corrosion. With its precision-machined parts and minimal jaw play, it offers a secure grip that prevents rounding of bolts, making it an essential upgrade for any serious toolbox.

Nice wrench. A bit heavier and bulkier than may be necessary, but it's a quality piece. The tolerances are reasonably tight, though with little effort a company like Klein should be able to remove most of the play from the lower jaw. But the adjustment screw is the smoothest I've felt. I think I could do without the plastic dip and could use a little less weight in the handle, but just nitpicking... The maximum opening on this 10" wrench is 33mm. It's made in Spain.
