Sunkist® Individually-Wrapped Fruit Gems 32OZ (2 LB) Pouch

These are one of my favorites. I have dietary preferences due to health issues, and these contain no high-fructose corn syrup or artificial flavors, and use fruit juice and turmeric primarily for color. The individual flavors are distinct and appropriately color correspondent. They are produced in a peanut free facility for those with allergies. They are clearly stamped with an expiration date, and mine have over a year, but will never last that long. The wrappers are appropriately marked with Sunkist on each candy, as they should be. They are not a sticky candy and similar to Turkish delight in taste. They are soft and slowly melt or can be easily chewed. The sugar coating has a nice texture feel as it melts, and they are sized just right.

This is the second bag I’ve bought and they are the best wrapped semi-natural candles. My mom and grandparents always had these candies out especially at Christmas. I think because they are wrapped they last awhile and protect the candies from germs from anyone’s hands. I like that it is a 2 lbs. bag making it last awhile and worth the purchase. I’ll buy it again. The variety of colors/flavors make them pretty. They are a fruit pectin candy coated with sugar and won’t melt like chocolate. Overall they are a great choice for a candy dish. My grandkids love them.

I’ve always loved these fruit gems and the big 2 lb pouch is perfect for sharing. They’re chewy, flavorful, and individually wrapped which makes them easy to enjoy on the go. That said, the taste does seem a little different now that they’re made by a different company. Still enjoyable and worth buying, but I miss the original flavor balance. A solid treat, just not quite the same as before.

They absolutely delicious! Flavors are great. I've tried other bands, but nothing compares to Sunkist. Pricing is good. Sugar coated just enough. Melts in your mouth. Can't stop at just one.
