I am a first time user if this clay and was in love . Its nice a firn and super strong wjen cooked but if wirked in pasta machine its silky smooth and so fun to work with. Alittle bit crumbly but it once i worked with it it was fine. I wish i oicked differemt color but i think ill purchase more anyways
