Great Relief for Plantar Fasciitis (Foot Pain) and Sore Muscles
I use this ball to relieve my plantar fasciitis problem (inflammation of the tendon) in my foot. I step rather firmly on the ball and roll it around. Such relief. The ball is very durable and has survived pressure from both sitting and standing positions. It’s officially a must have in my home. I’ve also used it to relieve tight or sore back muscles.

Great for pain relief!
I have a lot of back problems and knotted muscles from working out and sitting at a desk 8+ hours a day and this wonderful little ball has helped to mitigate a lot of that! I look kind of like a bear rubbing my back up and down against the wall, but who cares if it takes the pain away?! It's excellent for concentrating on specific spots on your body! I also got a tip from a coworker to use this on the bottoms of my feet after a long run or hike for relief from sore feet. Such an awesome little product!I'm sure this also works for Lacrosse, but since I don't play, I'll just keep using this for pain relief :)

Great Red ball
I don’t play lacrosse, but I use this little red ball almost daily to roll under my feet to help alleviate tight spots and relax the tendons from competitive running. It is soft enough to not feel like a cue ball, and hard enough to really put in some pressure. I don’t know how well it works for lacrosse; but it has held up incredibly well for the past few years.

Relatively non-stinky
Just another data point - the red ball I received from seller "The Athlete's Mom" smells very faintly of rubber when you put your nose right up on it, but is definitely not stinking up the room. Other than that, it's a lacrosse ball that functions as intended for massaging back muscles.

Great for foam rolling
I use it for myofacial release, or foam rolling my leg and back in very targeted areas. I can attest that the ball is both soft enough to be comfortable, while hard enough to produce great resistance and results. Love it would buy more.I cannot speak to how well it actually performs in lacrosse, I do not play.

I was recommended buying a lacrosse ball for massaging out tight muscles ...
I was recommended buying a lacrosse ball for massaging out tight muscles by my dance teacher. Got to love two day shipping because it arrived to ease my still sore muscles. It's fantastic for pretty much any part of your body (I've rolled it against my arches, my quads, my back, and my triceps), and it's great because it gives more resistance than a tennis ball and is bigger than a golf ball. Definitely would recommend for that use. As a lacrosse ball, I'm not sure it compares to others - I've never played lacrosse - but if you are looking to roll out certain muscles, I would definitely recommend this.

Would buy again!
If there was a 6th star it would get it. I used this ball for trigger point release when I strained my trapezius. Worked instantly and every time. The ball is high quality, heavy enough and dense enough to rest your entire body weight on it. It was shipped quickly and was cheap. I recommend.

Great for trigger point massage
Great for trigger point massage. I use the ball every night to roll my feet out and use it a few times a week hitting other tender spots. Also great to buy two of these and tape them together to form a peanut and use it to roll out your t-spine.
