Overall OK if you ignore the texture and separation issue
Separated and is in a weird (not what it should be) consistency once pumped. I bought this product many times in salons and never had this issue. I put it in the fridge which made the consistency much better. Overall OK after refrigeration. Same impact on hair regardless of consistency. 3/5 stars because of the product texture and consistency without refrigeration.

Good product, it does NOT repair heat damaged hair. It diffinately restored/enhanced my severely damaged hair. After cutting away the heat damaged hair and following the instructions I got a great result. My hair elasticity and tight coils returned; with major shrinkage 😐. Will buy again!

Using k18 is like infusing soak into your hair. I have thin fine hair that is prone to breakage , and it has done amazing things for my hair.
