What a deal! Arrived on time- took longer to unpack than to install. I'm 75+ and did it myself. had to remake the duct work but the furnace is working just perfect.Yes it's a little noisy but for the price WOW Be prepared to modify your duct work.

This was a replacement furnace for my son. It’s working well! The company upgraded the original one for free which was appreciated.

Ordered 2 weeks ago. Was to be delivered today but no show. No updates. No emails or response to emails. No calls no call backs. Now im out 1100 dollars got to wait another week before I can demand refund. Still no heat. Repairs are now 3 weeks behind schedule due to no heat. Had to order another furnace to have heat by tomorrow or im out a 40 thousand dollar remodel job. Poor service no customer service at all. Order at.your own risk. And if tour on a tight schedule and have deadlines do not order theough this company. I read reviews felt comfortable with giving my business. Guess I should have realized there all 2 to 5 years old.. Lesson learned.

It was delivered with a small dent on the backside of the unit but beyond that it was delivered very fast and so far works great. I'm very satisfied.
