does this work with windows 7

Not so sure, there is updates on the website though, look in the FAQ's, I have windows vista, and it works well, only problem now is that the add on is extra and is charged yearly, if you need statements, etc.

Yes. You can do estimates, contracts, invoices and much more. It has lots of templates that you can choose from. Also you can add details or short cuts for item or services that you provide.

Can you saved the invoices as pdf files

Not anymore. That version is not supported.
