Best bang for your buck!
Update: I swapped my CPU for 9950x and still doing well (needed more cores). With PBO on, it would hit 95C, but without it would hit 80 on stress tests. It's normal for this chip to squeeze out more performance until 95C, so it really isn't the fault of the cooler. I did use a negative optimizer curve with PBO and now it stays in the 80s when fully utilized. Still a great cooler and would recommend. Original review: This thing has amazing performance. My 9800X3D CPU was originally cooled by a 240mm AIO (NZXT z53) and during Cinebench runs or any stress tests, it would hit 95C - verified install, repasted, etc. but had the same results. I installed this and it would go 82C max during my tests. Huge difference and now I can rest easy knowing my CPU won't be hitting 90s. Idle still sits around 40C but that's with a general fan/pump curve and not aggressive. Gaming will hit around 60-65C. This is for the 9800X3D chip, so it will vary if you have a different one. Install was OK compared to most, but it doesn't seem as stable when you mount it, as you have two screws to mount it into place compared to corners like some others. But it's not bad, especially if you have built PC's before. The instructions are online and very easy to follow. Just know that the radiator is much thicker than "regular" 360 AIOs, so make sure you have room in the case before purchasing. The RGB is ok, nothing fancy. Not amazing for 2025, but the price also reflects that. The fans have a slight gap at the top so the LEDs do shine through, seems nice, like an aesthetic thing. Performance is obviously not an issue as stated above. This cooler is definitely the best bang for your buck for 360mm AIOs. I got this on sale for $99, so it was well worth the price. I'll update this review if this has any issues down the road

Outstanding performance, but mounting system needs refinement
The Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 is keeping my Ryzen 9 9900X exceptionally cool. Under controlled 24‑thread stress testing—including sustained AVX/matrix workloads—the CPU holds around 62 °C, which is excellent for a processor of this class. In real‑world workloads like photo & video upscaling, batch video encodes and large software builds, I typically see temperatures in the mid to high 60s and occasional spikes into the 70s, which is completely normal for the 9900X and still well within comfortable thermal limits. I've also observed idle temperatures as low as 35c, but they usually sit between 36-39c. The pump is very quiet, the radiator fans move a lot of air without excessive noise, and overall thermal stability has been outstanding. Installation was mostly smooth, but the CPU block mounting system needs refinement. Once the mounting brackets were secured to the motherboard, they ended up just a little too close together, which meant the two screws on the CPU block didn’t line up with their holes. I had to loosen the bracket screws, mount the block, then retighten everything. It worked, but it shouldn’t require that workaround. I also wish the block used four mounting screws instead of two for more even pressure. Despite that hiccup, the cooling performance is exceptional, and once installed, the unit has been rock‑solid. For high‑core‑count CPUs like the Ryzen 9 9900X, this AIO has more than enough thermal headroom for both synthetic stress tests and demanding real‑world workloads.

Very good cooler
Works great and keeps temps super cool + looks pretty. Rgb is really nice and fans are quieter than i thought theyd be! I do recommend it is good for a budget 360 cooler! i was gonna get the kraken elite but some financial stuff came up so i opted cheaper, not disappointed.

Great Cooler But Buy Thermal Paste
This is the second ARCTIC cooler I have purchased with the first being the Freezer II. I think it is a fantastic product. The price is great and it cools wonderfully. However, the thermal paste with both coolers was dried out. I went from idle temps being 40 even 50 C and fans annoyingly loud to 29C and fans quiet. Gaming was a big difference going from upper 80C to 60C. I am unsure why I had bad luck with the paste, but I would recommend this product regardless. Installation has even gotten easier and the RGB is pretty if that is your sort of thing. It fit my case, but it is a snug fit at the top of a Montech AIR 903 MAX. It seemed easier to mount this one than my other cooler and the screws was fairly easy to screw in unlike the last cooler I had. It is a hefty cooler and I think it will hold up nicely. The magnetic CPU fan is interest and simple to install. The RGB part does not spin so don't worry about that as the fan itself is underneath that.

Excellent cooler for AM4, but buy your own thermal paste!!
*Update*: RGB works flawlessly GREAT product for AM4 CPU's. I have been looking to replace my aging Corsair H100i Pro AIO, which I bought in 2019, for some time now. After I read all the glowing reviews, I was really excited to get this cooler. I did not see many reviews from folks with AM4 processors, though, so I was a little bit wary, especially when the instructions said not to worry about some of the chip being visible after install! D: I need not have worried. This cooler dropped temps about ~14 degrees C across the board. Went from 80 degrees under load to 66! Idle went from 50 to 36. For reference, I have an AMD R9 5900x, one of the hotter-running AM4 chips. Also I do have PBO enabled! (check screenshot for temp/load details). As others have stated, the radiator on this unit is quite large/thick, so make sure to measure your case to make sure there is room to accommodate it. My mid-tower case is old, but quite roomy, so I luckily had no trouble fitting it in my case. It is also significantly louder than my old two-fan cooler, but its not even as loud as my GPU, so I am not particularly bothered. Others may be, though, so you may want to modify your fan speed curve. Installation was not particularly difficult, and did not take much time. I found instructions using the QR code on the box (click on the 'Manuals' tab), and they were more than adequate. They included some graphics, gifs, and videos. I have a few decades of exp building PC's, so take this with a grain of salt, but I think beginners will not have too much trouble with this install. The trickiest part was removing the standard AM4 mount brackets and installing the ones included with the cooler. I had to hold the backplate (on the back of mobo) with one hand, while I installed the brackets one screw at a time. Bit of a pain, but the results were worth it. The only (and biggest) con, is that the MX-6 thermal paste included with the cooler had the consistency of silly putty. It was basically a solid. Seeing as the 8G MX-6 tube I bought, to replace the minuscule amount that arrived with the cooler, had a more viscous consistency, I assume it was a bad batch. This delayed my build by a period of two days (while waiting for thermal paste to arrive), and is the only reason why I am giving this product 4 stars instead of 5. I have not tested ARGB functionality, since I do not have a header on my old X570 motherboard, but I have ordered a header for it, and will update this review once it arrives. In short: buy this cooler for sure. Great value for money, and incredible performance. But!! Make sure to order your own thermal paste, because they may include Playdough in the box instead of actual thermal paste D

Great value for the money
Very good AIO, but it is LOUD if you do not set up your fan curve properly. I would also recommend setting the pump at a static 70 or 80 percent. With a good fan curve, this thing is whisper quiet and keeps my 9950X3D around 70c in AIDA64 stress tests. Haven't run any other extreme case benchmarks because I just don't feel the need to. Aesthetics are good, the option for one wire vs 3 wires is nice even if I would recommend using the 3 wire config, and having all the fans on one RGB header but still being able to identify each fan individually is great if you're someone who likes that. Would definitely recommend this AIO over something like a TRYX unless you absolutely have to have the screen that comes with the TRYX. Otherwise, it's hard to justify spending $250 when something like this performs just as well at a less than half the price. Just make sure you have the clearance in your case. The radiator is a beefy boy.

She's purty
She's chunky but I'm enjoying it! It is a little on the louder side but my tower is on my desk next to me. The install is a little weird with an AMD and I don't like that there's not a physical manual to reference and instead an online one with a QR code. At least it saves paper. Not necessarily a complaint, but the part that's rainbow on the CPU cover is NOT a fan. It's a hard plastic cover that covers the CPU fan and has the RGB capabilities. I thought it was a fan that was malfunctioning on install when it wasn't spinning. That's my bad. The temps on my mobo and CPU stay pretty low. Playing Diablo 2 Resurrected on the highest graphics settings and the temps got up to I think 40C at max? She's only been installed for two weeks so I'm not sure about lifetime or its durability just yet, but I'll try to remember to update if it peeters out early in its lifetime. Otherwise though she's been nice to look at and use!

Pretty good
Overall, I think this is a decent AIO cooler. I had a few things i didn't love so I'll break it down to pros and cons Pros: -Cpu is kept very cool. System rarely >55c -Different wiring options -Great documentation and videos available -RGBs synced well with the system and bright Cons: -Maybe I'm dumb, but it took me a bit to get the 2 piece design figured out since the lights wouldn't come on -The fins on the top piece don't spin or anything but pictures used to sell it make it seem like there's a spinning piece on top -Recommended install plots the pump and fans to the same curve. It keeps the system very cool, but when the system needs a bit more cooling, it spins up those fans and they can be extremely loud when they're spun up. This is easily adjustable to preference but it took tinkering to get right. I bought this due to rave reviews I'd seen from media source I trust. Overall, I do think its a quality system. Its better than my Corsair I bought 10+ years ago and the performance is great. All the negatives I have on this system are nitpicks and if you're on the fence and want a RGB system without it being like a mini screen or some other case element, this is a really good option for the money.
