No UK plug and poor customer service
Great product but poor customer service. Not evident at time of purchase this was from France. It came with a European plug (does not conform to UK requirements/law where electrical goods have to be provided with UK plug even when shipped from overseas). Company only offered refund of £10 or return of item (after a number of emails) when ASUS UK plug costs nearer £30.

Rien a redire . Le transfert des données entre les 2 téléphones de la même marque est plus que simple. Il est livré dan un magnifique coffret Avec coque et vitre en verre trempé. Une petite merveille de technologie. Mon fils est ravi. Il offre énormément de fonction pour les paramètres. Simple à configurer selon ses désirs. Une petite merveille. La fluidité des jeux est parfaite.

Beau téléphone uniquement. J'ai un black shark 4 Xiaomi 12go ram qui capte mieu l'internet. 1 er utilisation sur mobile legende entre 70 et 200 ms tout le temps, ecrant qui freez tous le temps. - Réinitialisation : impossible d'entrée les empreintes digitales ou même de télécharger sur le play store, ecrat qui bloque. Demande de remboursement impossible ( j'ai dépassé le délai une première fois de trois jours ) oui j'ai un travail je gère trois entreprises différentes et pardon de ne pas penser à renvoyer un téléphone. Trois moi plus tard ils me proposent une réparation pour un téléphone que j'ai utilisé 2 jours que je refuse. Résultats 1500 euros dans un téléphone que jai utiliser 3 h à la poubelle
