I’m really impressed with this ice cream maker! It’s super easy to use, even if you’re a beginner. The machine freezes and mixes everything evenly, and the texture comes out perfectly creamy every time. Perfect ice cream maker for two people. Quiet, lightweight, easy to place anywhere and simple to use. You must charge the unit before use - strongly recommend a complete charge each time unlike what the instructions indicate. The bowl must be really really cold for churning. I found that 12 hours in our freezer was insufficient - at least 24 hours is required. If you have a standalone freezer, you will likely have no problem, but with the freezer part of a frig, you should avoid opening the door while it is cooling except very briefly and only when absolutely necessary. We've blown a couple of batches because the bowl was not cold enough. We love the fact that the bowl is small so it's easy to fit into our freezer without taking up much space. The larger makers would not work for us since our freezer is usually pretty full. One other mistake I've now made a couple of times - when the ice cream is done, don't forget to take the bowl out of the stand before tilting it to get the contents out. Made a mess when the bowl fell out! All in all, a great product once you learn how to use it properly.

UPDATE: UGH, save your money. This thing is a pain in the butt. The paddle is hard to get in the motor, and when it's in its loose and doesn't spin right. I have to fight with it every time we use it. It's not worth it at all. I'm about to throw it away. This is a great little machine. I'm glad I used rewards to get it, otherwise, it's way over priced. You have to freeze it for at least 12 hrs to use it, and that's just for about 10-12oz of ice cream. It's a little bowl of ice cream for you and one other person, or a decent bowl for one person. So far, alternative milks have not worked, adding ingredients like peanut butter did not work. You would have to use powdered ingredients. I like that it's convenient and doesn't take up too much space. I'm ok with the small amount it puts out because it keeps me from eating too much of my favorite thing. However, I gave it 4 stars because it's overpriced for sure. It should be $39.95 maybe $45 at most...at most.

Small but makes enough for 2 people. Measurements are in ounces, and makes a little time to figure out but end result is yummy. Wish they had more recipes but I just add stuff to vanilla.

I have never owned an icecream maker so maybe I had high standards. Did the job and the ice cream turned out good. I had a hard time taking the parts off to clean.
