The customer support team helped to replace the item. The product is very user friendly and easy to use. But suddenly it stopped working which affects our production. If this issue can be fixed, it's an amazing product for day to day use.

Best print quality with minimum effort
Works exactly as promised.. Printing quality and range of font type set are very good. Use of printer through the app is very simple and printing takes place very quickly. The printer is so compact that it can be easily tucked inside in smallest of portable bags. Very easy to install the printing roll which has excellent adhesive quality. Wishing a color label printer (just text) is also launched by them in same configuration.
