I make molasses bran muffins with this. Really nice quality product. It incorporates together with all the other ingredients easily. The texture is great, you don't get pieces that you have to pull out of your batter because they're hard, etc. The taste is slightly nutty but barely noticeable. Good taste. Using this in place of some of the flour also adds a healthy effect to you food. I would definitely recommend this brand for the qualityof said product and the price point. Others are so much more expensive. I am definitely a repeat customer.

After I couldn't get oat bran from Quacker Oats, I started buying Medley Hills Farm Oat Bran. It is of the same quality as Quacker Oats. I have been making muffins for my husband to keep his cholesterol down for about 25 years. It works. Our son started using the oat bran and brought his cholesterol down in 4 weeks. Highly recommend this product!
