When it comes to making homemade dressing or stuffing I think the rubbed sage is far better than the ground sage

I am Vegan, as I am continually disgusted and heartbroken with the appalling way factory farmed animals are treated. I am a caregiver/cook for an elderly man that receives 1 lb. cans of ground pork delivered to him from our local food pantry. As I don't eat pigs, I wondered how to turn this ground pork into something edible for him. I "googled" sausage recipes & found directions for the needed spices of which I already had with the exception of ground sage! I bought this bottle & have been mixing up & forming sausage patties which can also be frozen for later.

I could not find sage for a recipe. So I turned to Amazon. There it was! I ordered it and it was fresh and still smelled and tasted like sage! I’ll order more spices just for the convenience!
