Great item, really surprised at the quality for such a low price, its not too loud,three temperature settings and two speed levels.The diffuser is smaller than I'm used to butI use it with a dryer hood so it's great.Because of this I only use it on the low speed and low or medium heat settings.One random point... When it arrived it smelled damp, even though there was no water damage on the packaging, this has resolved itself now by leaving it out to air.

It’s not as powerful as I had hoped so dropped 1 star. My ghd travel dryer feels more powerful and dries hair faster. The infrared doesn’t really add anything in my opinion and the cool setting is as others have posted as just warm. Despite this it does dry hair and leaves it looking pretty smooth. I haven’t had any issues with attachments falling off or being too difficult to remove. Item looks and feels well made.

The blades of the internal fan disintegrated after just 1 month of occasional use. I accepted that it was a cheap product and not built to last. When I went to unplug it and dispose of it, I found that the plug itself had also miraculously disintegrated, and then I spotted that there isn't even an earth/grounding wire! They went to the effort of adding the pin but cheaped out on the actual cable that keeps you safe?! Terrible product, even when it was working. Do not recommend

Really pleased with this hairdryer. I wanted a diffuser and this does a great job on my curls without giving a dried out frazzled result. One of the best hairdryers I’ve owned so far. Looks good, feels good and appears well made despite the price.

Liked this to start with especially as it had a nice long lead , however unfortunately have had to replace it as it blew up when I just started using it after it was 12 months old. So not recommended and not worth the money.

This is a good purchase. My old hairdryer blew up after 10years so if this last the same time it will be excellent. The inferred heat is so much better and quicker. Well worth the money.

On the title was written 2000W and on the third picture was written 2100 W and Ac motor, but the reality is this is 1800W and it's a DC motor.I might give it back.Edit review : Actually I took one star off cause this has lasted me 2 years exactly, and the fan got damaged, I will never go with this brand again
