This is the second one I have bought.The first one was around 4 years ago. It worked great for around 6 months and then failed BUT the company sent me a new one and took back the broken one free of charge. Excellent service and shows they care about investigating and resolving problems. Some 3 years later and I am using this every day. My use is for helping me to clear my chest and the vibration is superb aid for this purpose. Yes I know it is not marketed for this purpose, nor a medical device, but it works really well when nothing else helps. I first thought of the idea when reading about cystic vibrosis sufferers having to pay several thousand pounds for "vibrating waistcoats", (a high-frequency chest wall oscillation (HFCWO) vest, a medical device used in airway clearance therapy for people with cystic fibrosis and other respiratory diseases). I'm 74, and an engineer, so straight talk is what you will get. For people of a certain age, morning ritual, (bowel movement), is an important issue, and the seat also vibrates and I discovered that it makes my mornings much more predictable. I love it and I need it, so I have bought another to take on holidays with me. Hope this helps you with your consideration. And Oh yes, the price ? quality is excellent .

I received the back massager today and it's incredibly relaxing yet powerful, much better than I expected. I suffer from back and shoulder pain due to excessive computer work but this really helped to ease my symptoms. The heat is so comfortable and soothing, I almost fell asleep lol. The small massage nodes are penetrating and effective without causing any pain. The settings provide various options to adjust the massager to pinpoint the body areas that need working on. The only slight negative is the vibrating noise, but you soon get used to the low humming sound in the background. I would really recommend this item, not a complete substitute for a physical massage with a therapist but fantastic for personal home use at zero cost.

Pros: Looks good and material feels good and comfy and has a strap if u need to fit in ur chair or something Cons: 8 Pads but 2 in horizentally not enough..it feels like a toy(either put 3 horizontally or bigger pad) and need to be way more intensive and i think padding should be cut in positions where its not needed cuz it damps the vibration

Absolutely brilliant. This is the best thing I've bought in a while. I suffer with my back terribly and this is so comforting. It eases the pain and is so comfortable. It is a tad noisy but nothing I can't cope with. It is very well made with good quality materials. I use this every evening. It is so good that I've bought another for my dad for Xmas. 💯 Recommend

This back massage equipment is absolutely good. The massage is made by vibration in different points of back and legs. We also enjoy a heating which makes it very comfy. According to my own experience, I do recommend it!
