I got this because my cellphone kept falling out of my sweatpant pocket, while at the gym. I tried a runner's fanny pack, but found it uncomfortable. This arm band is perfect for my needs, and doesn't get in the way of any exercises I do that involve my arms- curls, benching, pullups, etc.I use wireless earbuds, so the placement of the headphone wire hole is a non-issue for me.I've seen complaints about putting the phone in the pocket. You put the phone in the pocket, and you slide it up your arm. If you have a constant need to check your phone, this armband isn't for you, and neither is the gym. If you have to look at your phone for 5-10 mins between sets, you're not working out properly.The band is on the smallish side, but the description of the sizing seems correct. You can have your phone, your gym card, and a few keys, at best. If you need more room to carry things when exercising, get a backpack.

I am relatively small. 5’0” and about 125 lbs. the med was the smallest they had when I purchased and it fits just snug enough to stay up. If you have slimmer arms, I would def go down in size. Not sure how well the phone would fit though. I have an iPhone X and the straight edges of the phone definitely jut out a bit on either side of my arm. The traction dots on the inside of the sleeve are very effective. I’ve worn this running and biking and I didn’t have to fuss with it or pull it up while I worked out either time. The fabric is smooth and has good stretch and seems stitched well, not all gappy like they were trying to save thread.The hole for the headphone jack is definitely not for an iPhone. It’s where the top of the phone would be and off center. Not sure what kind of phone the hole is for. If you have Bluetooth headphones though, it really doesn’t matter. There’s a nice foldover on top to hold your phone securely but it’s not so deep that you have to struggle to get your phone out. Obviously you can’t change anything on the phone without pulling it out of the sleeve but that should be pretty easy to see from the promo pics. For some reason it didn’t occur to me when I purchased it and I think I might rather have one with a window. But this one delivers on all its promises and functions better than I expected when it come to staying in place and not getting too hot.

This is a beast... Love how easy it is to use and how well it stays in place... If I ever have to replace it, I will be sad... They got it right with this product... Its stays in place during my runs and while I'm sweating it out working on the line in my kitchen... Thank you for this amazing product

This item from afar looks really cool. The one thing that stood out to me the idea of having my keys on me without disturbing me out on a run or at the gym. This armband has good quality and stretches very nice. The biggest drawback to this band is the fact that it's not practical for removing your phone and placing it back. I found myself having to take off the band place my phone, and at a moments notice having to take it off again to check my notifications. If you are to buy this, do note it would be good for long bike rides where you don't need to check your phone.Specs I used:-Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge-Single house key-Flipping Car Key

Tried all other arm bands in the past. Mostly the ones that had the window and such. The Velcro would always go out and not work good. This is the perfect solution! Even has little side pockets to put a key in if needed. Love it!!! Would highly recommend this over the Velcro workout bands

It’s great for running and working out. I got this for work but having to take my phone out every second became exhausting lol bought it for the wrong reasons

Good:Comfortable, doesn't slip.Has little pockets perfect for keys or airpods (not case).iPhoneX doesn't slip out of main pocket.Only complaint:It hasn't happened, but when I do a sprint and really run hard, my phone will start to come out of the pocket, just the top part, but it does make me think that if I hadn't noticed this early on it could have fallen out. Like I said, hasn't happened, though.

I bought this brand and another the first time. This one is comfortable and easy in-and-out for my iPhone X with the Otterbox case still on.This one wins the day by how easy it is to get my keys in and out without having to remove the band itself. I start the Nike run app and slip my iPhone X in the pocket. I then then clock my doors and slip the keys into the little key pocket. From that point on, I control the music and the Nike Run app from my watch. Everything works great!I just bought two more and I'm very happy. No complaints at all.

I didn't like it and returned it. I was expecting it to be sturdy instead of the clothe sleeve it is.
