Does shoulder strap come with it?

Yes the shoulder strap comes with it which is handy for ambulatory hemiplegia patients. More importantly it is vented so there is left heat build up and risk of skin breakdown.

Does shoulder strap come with it?

yes, but the hand part is hard and very uncomfortable. I had suggested they should provide some type of padding for it.

is it small enough for a women's hand.

if you have a smaller hand, criss crossing the hand straps makes it fit better
